Shimano Ultegra FC Reel

Shimano Ultegra FC is the ultimate development of Shimano's reels in the "mid-price range", equipped with several technical features that can also be found on the flagship Stella etc. An excellent strength thanks to the extremely durable Hagane drive and MicroModule II.

The Ultegra FC also features the G-Free-Body design, a technology developed by Shimano by moving the center of gravity of the reel closer to the rod. By moving the center of gravity in this way, unnecessary imbalance that steals power during weaving is reduced.

Thanks to X-Protect technology, the moving parts in the belt pulley and jumper are protected against water ingress and a shortened service life. Long-casting properties are maximized with the slightly extended "Long Stroke" spool which makes the line unwind more efficiently.
